So it's that time of year again. We should be enjoying just a little more sunshine and dusky sunsets out late in our t-shirts, shorts and such. However, like that party guest that you never really wanted to invite it appears winter/random mini monsoons have decided to turn up even earlier this year. Like many tall girls (I stand at 5'9.5" short) I find towards the colder season...oh heck any season that there tends to be a scramble to get the best of the microscopic collection of tall coats on offer. I must admit that things are getting a little better and the addition of the ASOS tall collection led my wardrobe to sigh a small sigh of relief. There are only so many times you can make yet a different look with the same set of clothes!
Every year I go on the search for clothing especially coats and always end up returning home with a PARKA! Don't get me wrong I do love me a good old parka but come on there comes a point when you need something with a little more va va voom for want of a better description.
With this silly non-appropriate shopping weather I decide to do my pre-shop prep online. Then again considering that the only shops that I know that actually physically stock tall ranges are Topshop and Long Tall Sally I don't really have a choice but to shop online. This annoys me more than you'll ever know. Not only do we have the issue of not being able to shop in-store we are also burdened with having to pay postage and then wait around for a delivery guy who obviously picked the wrong career and hates his job!
I digress over a good old stalk over my go to sites I found the above beauties all from tall collections and available to purchase now. The best bit being there is no black insight. I love adding colour to my wardrobe and refuse to buy yet another black boring coat this winter regardless of how light clothing and public transport so do not go together!
